Choose according to your purpose – competition gloves (8–10 oz) are lighter and designed for fights. Training gloves (12–16 oz) have stronger padding and protect both your hands and your sparring partner.
How to choose boxing gloves? Material is key. Leather boxing gloves withstand years of intense training and wick away sweat more effectively.
